    The best coffee maker for large crowds, we used it back to back for 10 days and it never failed always kept coffee hot.

    The coffee maker was smaller than I expected. I thought it was a 5 cup coffee maker bit it can only hold 2 cups. Maybe I misunderstood it.But the coffee maker works exceptionally. It takes around 4 minutes to brew the 2 cups and the warmer is super useful. It doesn’t produce as much sound like my old one. The coffee drip mechanism is a gem as it doesn’t spill anything when I take the mug out. I will keep it despite the smaller size

    It works great, is stainless and easy to clean. The only downfall is the cord is way too short. You can barely pour a cup of coffee with it plugged in the cord is too short. Overall it works great and is nice quality.

    Stop working added the assurance neither manufacturer nor assurance would replaceHad to jump through hoops to try and get it fixed replaced and at the end I still have a product that doesn’t work
