    I originally bought another metal filter that said it was for «all 8-12 cup coffee makers» but that filter was round and didn’t fit in our machine. This one fits our Mr. Coffee 12-cup maker because it has an oval shape.This filter is pretty much the same as the one that came with our coffee maker, except the original filter’s nylon screen was already starting to give way after a few weeks. This one seems sturdier.
