I have never received the package. I contacted Amazon and they sent me to Bison and Bison sent me back to Amazon. I sent an email to both parties and did not get any answer. All I know is the item was Returned to shipper. I could not understand the people I talked to as they had very poor english. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company not to pay the amt. I believe the item was returned to Bison after 5 days of sitting on a loading dock in Maryland. I admitted that I had inadvertenly put the wrong street address on it. I nofified Amazon and Bison by email and they said they never got the email. I no longer want the product. I found it very difficult to make adjustments or corrections once the order was placed. I had a dickens of a time even finding a phone number to be able to call but finally did. I have learned mail order is not for me.Marilyn Woodall
