When I received this machine, I was very happy, the look, the size was exactly what I’ve been searching for. Very simple and easy to use. I love it so much; I got one for my mom. Even though that I am very impressed with the quality/price of the machine. I am even more astonished with the company’s customer service. After a few months of used, I had issue with water not heated properly. I sent a message to the company; in less than 12 hours I had a response. Jenny, the rep that took me in charge was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. (Thanks Jenny)I will definitely do more business with the company and absolutely recommend this machine.

Great coffee maker, the reusable coffee pod that comes with it works great, it’s fast, easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee without having to spend LOTS more on a name brand. We love it!

My wife’s coffee is a little weak for my taste. Love that l can choose how strong I want it and it’s always nice and hot. The size is perfect and I can brew 3-4 cups before needing to refill the reservoir. My wife doesn’t like having two coffee makers in the kitchen but it’s not going anywhere. I really like it.

I got this on a whim as our keurig brand pod maker was having issues again, this is one of those that was expensive at the time. Bought this one and have to say we are so impressed. Its very simple to use with a power button then three serving buttons, 6oz, 8oz and 10oz, you just push the power button, pop your pod in, push down on the lid until it clicks then press which ever serving you want. It starts up immediately, heats the water and dispenses the coffee, best bit is when you want a second cup after the first it dispenses almost immediately where as the keurig had to reheat again and took ages. Plus this gives you a really nice hot cup of coffee (or what ever it is you are making with it) again the brand name unit never did this as good.The water reservoir is large, removable and easy to clean. The main unit you can remove the holder for the k cup pod to clean it plus it comes with two accessories for using your own ground coffee or tea. What is even better the coffee one has a small mesh inside to stop coffee grounds from going into your drink so even more impressed.The company has also contacted me several times just to make sure I am happy with the product offering to replace if I am not but so far I’m very impressed, especially for the price.Highly recommend this unit which I don’t often do.

The machine worked well did everything it was supposed to do the coffee tasted great until a defective component prevented it from functioning properly about 90 days after I got it, the seller responded promptly without hesitation and issued a full refund , stuff can always happen and with this seller if it does he will make it right, I would recommend him to anyone,I give him 5 stars
