This machine is truly disappointing. When it’s not overheating the espresso comes out Flat an inconsistent.SUPER MESSY! When the espresso comes out it’s splatters absolutely everywhere so be prepared to clean for at least 10 minutes after each time you use it. This is not convenient. Each time we have made espresso from small to large it never comes out correctly.The machine never stays in place the rubber suction cups are small and all have broken.I’m going to reach out to customer service AGAIN and see what they have to say I will keep you all posted.

Unlike other (probably more professional) machines where you have to guess when to stop the flow of water to the grounds this machine has a button for a single and a double. Then it brews the perfect amount, no guessing needed. Happy with the purchase.

I have had this for a week so far I know thats not long but I love it already. I will update this in 6 months and let you all know how things are going and if we broke up. I have had a less expensive model from another manufacturer that this is replacing. I can already tell a big difference in the material and construction. This is more of an experienced espresso makers machine not that a novice would not be able to work it. The good points: narrow footprint. Great colors. Holds about a quart of water. Great steamer and hot water maker. Simple controls and great instructions that are easy to read not google translated. ( not that I blame them for that just hard to read). Is it pricey, yes but so is going to the coffee shop everyday plus if you drive there wasting gas and time on that too.

Love, love, love this product! It makes an amazing cup of espresso and the perfect lattes and cappuccinos. I don’t know why people are complaining. This machine is basic and doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does the job you want and nothing you don’t. Yes it’s a little loud, the milk it takes a couple minutes, but have ya been in a coffee shop? I have my coffee in less than 5 minutes. It’s has what you need to make coffee house coffee at home. And for me that’s what I wanted.For now it’s a solid 5 for me, and I was a barista for several years in my youth.

I now have 3 of these machines. Bought them for ~ $135 on sale. I have had steamers and Cuisinart bar machines in the past. This machine has some automated features that are nice but can be a little complicated to use until you get used to it. Makes a good cup of espresso. The amount of espresso can be programmed, After frothing, you must follow the cool down process which is a little different than most, but once you are used to it, this is an easy to use and easy to clean machine.
