    Great experience with this seller but unfortunately, the carafe did not fit my coffee pot. Their representative really tried to find the carafe that fits my coffee pot but it’s so old now that the parts just aren’t available anymore.I would definitely consider purchasing items from Phoenix Purchasing in the future as they provide top rate customer service.

    Everything was fine EXCEPT… the carafe was the wrong size and does not fit my machine. Very unfortunate. Not seller’s fault!
