OG Keurig user (like had the 1st Gen one until a year ago at my Momma’s house). We upgraded somewhere along the line, then bought one for traveling, then 3 years ago got a Cuisinart version. Hubs wanted espresso machine but not for $500. We attempted with a Farberware (huuuuuuge mistake) and he decides he wanted a pod-style. With a lot of trepidation, we got this Insta Pod. No, the lid does not open all the way when under regular 18″ cabinets, so we also ordered a slider thing for under it. We didn’t really have to afterall, it opens «enough» but I do like sliding it out for water. The reservoir is huge. The nespresso pods eject into a holder. The coffee is HOT HOT. The espresso (the brand we bought is REAL COFFEEtm) has a great crema on it. Ours was delivered in prefect condition. Extre.ely happy.

This is a GREAT coffee maker. I would expect nothing less from the makers of the Instant Pot. One pro tip. After unpacking and removing all the tape, be sure to remove the water reservoir and turn it over BEFORE filling with water. There is a small orange plug/cushion that must be removed, otherwise the appliance will not work. Symptoms are pumping sounds, all lights flashing, and water level not changing. If you experience these issues, check for this plug/cushion.

I’ve been using this for a few months now I have been really enjoying it really easy to use and clean makes some great coffee and espresso and does it pretty darn quick. A little noisy but not at all unbearable pretty comparable to almost every other coffee maker. Great machine overall!

Our pod coffee pot bit the dust and a friend had this one and loved it. I surprised him for Valentines and he absolutely LOVES it! He is hooked on the espresso caplets and I’m here for it!

I had no idea a product like this even existed. If you are a coffee drinker like me who also likes an espresso every now and then…the Instant coffee maker is perfect. I am not interested in being a barista. If I want a dink made by a barista, then I’ll go to a coffee shop. This machine takes both K-cups AND nespresso pods, so I get quick easy drinks with the touch of a button. I don’t drink specialty drinks often enough to warrant buying a whole separate machine. Plus, I don’t want to worry about an extra item on my countertop or tucked away in storage. This machine gives me the best of both worlds. The thing that set this machine apart from other dual brew options is the fact that the espresso side of this coffee maker has a 19 bar pump just like the Nespresso brand espresso maker. That means it makes really good espresso at the right temperature with creama. The other brands do not have this feature and really just brew very strong coffee. I can not speak to the longevity of this appliance since I only received it as a Christmas gift. But I am loving it so far.

I purchased Hamilton Beach coffee maker that also brews multiple pod types and returned two as they did not work. Insta Pot looks better, starts brewing almost instantly, and the quality is great. Super easy to to use, with simple controls. The water reservoir is easy to fill and holds a lot of water. The price is a little more, but completely worth it!

I went back and forth for days over which machine I wanted to buy before deciding on this. I have been a K-Cup user for years but after trying a Nespresso machine, I knew I needed one of those. Not wanting to give up any additional counterspace to a dedicated Nespresso machine or lose my Keurig, the Instant Pod was just the perfect solution.It brews Nespresso pods perfectly for my taste and makes a great cup of coffee on the K-Cup side.It is simple to use and I’ve had no major issues with it after a year of daily use.Sometimes if I use off-brand Nespresso pods I will get an error alert, but I blame that on the pods not the machine.The only other tiny issues I have would be that the handle to lift the lid could be easier to use and the brew sizes for the Nespresso side are a bit off in comparison to what Nespresso machines offer.

The media could not be loaded. Update2: they immediately replaced the unit and it works greatUpdate: they contacted me same day and asked to send videos and photos. Fingers crossed that we get this fixed because I love this thing. Moved to 2-stars pending outcome.Worked great for six months and now will only dispense exactly 2 oz and then all lights flash. Cleaned the needles, tried to descale (doesn’t work) and unplugged. Went to the support page to continue troubleshooting and they said it could be 10 days before they even reply. Not sure about other households but we can’t go weeks without coffee. Disappointing.
