Great I just didn’t realize it didn’t come with the lid .

After buying a new Expresso maker, I realized it did not shut off the water automatically. By experimenting on when to turn it off when brewing, I remembered my older machine came with a carafe. This one has 2 and 4 oz. markings, making my water amount correct. The coffer maker should have added this to it’s product, it would be an easy solution to making perfect measurements of water to expresso.

I have the brentwood espresso machine and broke the pot for it, I’ve been using a giant mug recently. This is a life saver. I was too lazy to figure out which type of lid I needed, so I was a little worried about splash, but it doesn’t splash out at all 🙂

Ordered this as replacement — even better than original. And though the handle is quite a bit smaller, that difference may be an improvement.
