The cone shape filter system provides the best drip cup of joe. This machine cranks out a cup in minutes only using 600 watts.

Excellent 2 in 1 coffee maker. Clever design, powerful grinder, quiet operation while brewing and a great, fresh cup of coffee.

Ok so this machine is absolutely wonderful! I LOVE that you can use both beans and ground coffee and the coffee is makes is phenomenal! The grind size adjustment is amazing and for this price… I don’t know why you wouldn’t buy it!

This coffee maker replaces an earlier version that I had about 20 years. It is great. Cuisinart has fixed several issues with the earlier version nicely.I would buy again and I recommend it.

The kettle works really well and I like the cool touch exterior. The only problem I’ve had is the broken pigeon the lid. That does not hinder the heating system so I can live with it. It might have been a defect or not enough glue in that area Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it as a great kettle.

This is exactly what I was looking for to knock the grounds out of my espresso filter holder. Good size — small enough that it doesn’t take up a lot of space, but enough room to hold about a week’s worth of grounds.Even better, it washes clean really easily. The plastic seems designed to resist the fine grounds, and it looks like new every time I rinse it off.One tip: We haven’t had it long enough to know how well the rubber on the bar will last over time, but we’ve heard it can wear out (because of the impact of the metal filter basket banging on it to knock out the grounds). One simple thing will greatly extend the lifespan of the padded bar: pull the filter basket OUT of the filter holder BEFORE you knock it on the bar. This breaks the vacuum-like seal that holds the wet grounds in the basket and they fall out easily with lighter taps. Otherwise, it can take some pounding to knock out the grounds.Very happy with our purchase!

This is an excellent knock box with a padded bar that makes the process as low in sound as possible (but it is still quite loud). It is also deep enough to prevent splatter on the counter top and walls. I tried a knock box designed without a bar, and even thought the concept was great, my portal filter was so well packed that it was much more difficult to eject the puck of coffee grounds. Stay with a knock box with a bar.

Needed a knock box for a new Gaggia Classic. This works perfectly as «my first knock box.» Plastic, no frills, nothing fancy. I wash both parts in the sink with dish soap and water and it looks very nice again. It does retain a slight coffee oil smell, but it’s not like I’m eating out of it. The foam on the dowel is susceptible to splitting open if you knock too hard — I made a small gash on mine.

This is a nice little combo set. It’s a bit plasticky but HEY — it’s plastic and that’s also what they advertise. No problems with either the tamp pad or the knock box moving around. It’s fairly easy to clean. I just knock the grounds into the compost bin and rinse the box with water. If I had to knock anything ( 😉 on this product … it would be the knock rod. It’s coated in some foam — kind of like pipe insulation. I guess it’s supposed to be shock absorbing but I’m not a fan. I feel sure it’ll wear down quickly and it’ll absorb liquid, etc. when cleaning. But that’s really a small thing. I really do like the product.

A perfectly sized knock box. My pucks drop out on the first knock. The padded bar makes no noise beyond a dull thud, and the rubber bottom prevents movement. no muss no fuss. Wonderful! After one month I’m still very satisfied. Tip: I remove and rinse the bar after each use. Press it back in as part of my prep. minimal stress on the bar.
