    I dont why people are complaining. This works well for me only took 6 mins to brew coffee and love the scooper and basket. I love the wideness of the fill area for the water. I like in the back of the coffee maker. Pulling the tray out for the coffee is nice and love the basket. Still use a filter for less mess even though i don’t need to. Simple and easy to use machine.
